Julia Charlton gave a detailed talk at the Professional Learning Institute’s course on the HKEx’s Listing Regimes for New Economy and Biotech Companies on 23 September 2019. The lecture included an analysis of the HKEx’s Listing Rules for listing pre-revenue biotech companies, companies with weighted voting rights (WVR) structures, and concessionary route for secondary listing introduced in 2018 and an assessment of the impact of these Listing Rule developments.
