On 17 March 2023, The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) conducted a seminar titled “Director Training – A Focus on INEDs (Session Three: Enforcement – Current Issues and Disciplinary Processes)” held at The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEX).
