On 31 March 2023, Julia Charlton presented a webinar on the SFC Consultation on Proposed Regulatory Requirements for Hong Kong Licensed Virtual Asset Trading Platform Operators. This webinar provided an overview to the SFC consultation that was published on 20 February 2023 for the purpose of finalising the SFC regulatory requirements for licensed virtual asset trading platforms under the new licensing regime which will come into effect in Hong Kong on 1 June 2023.
