Julia Charlton gave a talk to the members of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Hong Kong on Listing New Economy Companies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The presentation covered requirements for listing innovative companies with WVR structures and pre-revenue biotech companies, and the new secondary listing route for innovative companies (including PRC companies) already listed on the NYSE, Nasdaq or LSE.
