SFC Consults on Takeovers Code Changes

Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) published a Consultation Paper (Consultation Paper) on proposed changes to the Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Share Buybacks (the Codes) for a 3-month consultation period ending on 19 April 2018.
